“Hello! My name is Evi and I am a third-year PhD student in the Department of Nutritional Sciences. I hold a BSc and a MSc degree in clinical human diet from the Harokopio University of Athens in Greece, where I am also a registered dietician.
As a PhD student I am investigating the association between gut microbiota, diet, puberty and growth. I am also working on identifying growth clusters in infants and prepubescent children to help medical professionals better and faster detect growth patterns in children and adjust their diet as early as possible in this critical period for their development.
While my work and research are my passions, I also enjoy swimming, dancing, wine and food tasting.”
